The Process

First you’ll begin your discovery process by sending us your collaboration idea via our enquiry form. Once you book you will be sent a questionnaire to help us get to know you, your business and the intentions for your business. This is very important as it will guide the project so please take some time out grab a drink and answer these questions as best as possible

When you have completed your discovery questionnaire, you’ll book a call at a date and time that’s good for you and we’ll have a virtual catch up via zoom. once you have paid your deposit and signed the contract you will receive our Joanne Louise Creative welcome pack which will guide you through the next steps for the project with a checklist, a shared google drive folder, and a timeline and content guide.

We start the creative process with a call to go through your materials together. Then the creating starts to develop, depending on your project type we will book regular calls to make sure that we are in alignment with your specification.

Once everything has been finalised and approved designs and deliverables are packaged up along with personalised guides and training videos. All that’s left to do is celebrate as your new brand & website has been released to the world.
